Refunds and cancellations

Because these are digital downloads, delivered instantly and impossible to return, all sales are final.

The short version

• No returns, refunds or cancellations once a purchase is complete
• Files are delivered immediately and cannot be sent back
• Refunds are offered for accidental duplicate purchases

Before you buy, have a listen to the preview and check the length. If you already own one release in a collection, buy the others on their own instead.

Why there is no cooling-off period

Digital content bought online normally carries a 14-day right to cancel. That right ends once the download starts, as long as you have agreed to it beforehand, which is what the tick box at checkout is for. Getting your music straight away is the trade.

Bought the same thing twice?

Email hello (at) tranquology dot com as soon as you notice and I will refund the duplicate. Tell me the email address you used and roughly when you bought, and I will find it.

Something not working?

A refund is not usually the answer. I would rather fix it. Get in touch if:

• Your download link expired before you used it
• A file will not play or downloaded incomplete
• Your receipt never arrived

All of those I can sort out, usually the same day.

Mixes from the mixer

A mix is made to your own settings after you pay, so the same rules apply: once it has been made it cannot be returned. If it cannot be made, or the file is faulty, I will make it again or refund you.

When a refund is made

If an order is refunded in full, its download links and download page stop working. A partial refund leaves your downloads as they are.

Your legal rights

None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If what you bought is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of anything on this page.
