Gentle Night Rain, Delta
Nine hours of gentle night rain with a delta binaural beat and no music, on a screen that goes black shortly after it starts.
About this soundscape
Soft rain patters through the night for nine hours, with the odd deeper rumble when it comes down harder. There's no music, only rain over a delta binaural beat. The picture turns to a black screen soon after the video begins.
This one suits people who are sensitive to light or who find music keeps them thinking. Put it on as you settle down and let the dark screen and plain rain do the rest. Headphones carry the beat, while the rain is fine on a speaker.
How to listen
Use headphonesA binaural beat only works when each ear hears its own tone. Through speakers the beat disappears.
Keep it quietJust loud enough to cover the room. Lower is better for sleep.
Start it in bedLights off, eyes closed, and let it play through. Give it ten minutes before you judge it.
