Light Sleepers
Made for people who wake at every sound: a steady bed of sound to cover the room all night.

About this soundscape
Rain falls through a forest for nine hours, layered over isochronic tones and a binaural beat in the low delta range. The tones are worked into the sound so they sit like a soft blanket of noise rather than standing out on their own.
I made this for people who wake at the slightest sound. The idea is a full, even bed of sound that covers creaks, traffic and the house settling. Set it going at bedtime, keep the volume low and let it run through to the morning.
How to listen
No headphones neededIsochronic tones are clear on-off pulses, so they work through ordinary speakers as well as headphones.
Keep the volume comfortableLoud enough to hear the pulse clearly, never so loud it becomes tiring.
Not while drivingThis is made to slow you down. Don't listen while driving, or if you have epilepsy or a seizure condition.
