Thunderstorm, Black Screen
Ten hours of heavy rain and low thunder around a cabin in the woods, with delta binaural beats and a black screen for sleeping.
About this soundscape
Heavy rain falls on a wooden cabin in the woods, with loud thunder rolling through the storm. Delta binaural beats are woven quietly into the rain. For the first hour you see the storm in the dark, then the picture switches to a black screen.
At ten hours it lasts the whole night, so you can start it at bedtime and leave it alone. Use headphones if you want the delta beat, or play it through a speaker for the storm on its own. The black screen keeps the room dark.
How to listen
Use headphonesA binaural beat only works when each ear hears its own tone. Through speakers the beat disappears.
Keep it quietJust loud enough to cover the room. Lower is better for sleep.
Start it in bedLights off, eyes closed, and let it play through. Give it ten minutes before you judge it.
