Tibetan Monk Throat Singing
Deep, resonant throat singing over a delta wave binaural beat, for long sits and slow breathing.

About this soundscape
Deep Tibetan throat singing runs through the whole hour, low and resonant, with a delta binaural beat underneath. For the first half the beat sits in the mid delta range, and for the second half it drops lower still.
It suits a long sit, slow breathing or the wind-down before bed. Stereo headphones bring out the binaural beat, but through speakers the chanting carries it on its own, so it works either way.
How to listen
Use headphonesA binaural beat only works when each ear hears its own tone. Through speakers the beat disappears.
Get comfortableSit or lie somewhere you won't be disturbed, and let your breathing slow down on its own.
Give it timeSettle in for ten minutes or so before deciding how it feels.
