Bilateral for Stress and Anxiety
An hour and a half of calm bilateral music that moves gently from left to right, for unwinding at the end of a busy day.

About this soundscape
The music moves gently from the left ear to the right and back again, in a slow, steady pattern, for an hour and a half.
Left-right sound like this is often used alongside EMDR therapy, and many people also play it simply to relax at the end of a long day or when their mind feels busy. Headphones are needed so each side reaches its own ear.
How to listen
Use headphonesThe sound moves from one ear to the other. On speakers you lose the left-right movement.
Start with short sessionsTen to twenty minutes is plenty at first. Stop if it doesn't feel right.
Alongside therapy, not insteadIf you're working with an EMDR therapist, ask them how they'd like you to use it.
